Maintenance Plans August 1st 2010


B.I.M. is making some changes. For the first time we are offering maintenance plans to help save our customers money and to insure your website investment. As you know from the past our policy has always been $70.00 an hour with a one hour minimum for phone consultation, text or photo updates, software or security patch updates or any other services needed.

Due to the volume of customers we have, we will no longer be able to offer those services for free or discounted prices outside of our maintenance plans.

Beginning September 1, 2010, our hosting fee will be $15.99 per month or $170.00 one time yearly payment.

On August 1, 2010, B.I.M. will be offering several maintenance programs to all our customers. New websites include 90 days of full support.

You are not obligated to purchase a 12 month maintenance contract, but will be billed for future updates and support at our $70.00 an hour rate with a one hour minimum. Maintenance contracts are pretty standard in the web and networking business.
The plans listed below require a yearly contract and are designed to save your company money as opposed to being billed at our hourly rate. You can click on payment plans on our home page located in the left column to take advantage of our new contract plans.

Software and technology is constantly being updated for improvements and hacker threats. The current software version we use is 1.5.19 and soon to be release is a total revision to 1.16. We also have many new features to offer you that will make your website more productive.

Hosting

$15.99 per month

Beginning September 1, 2010, our hosting fee will be $15.99 per month or $170.00 one time yearly payment. Total maintenance of our server including server software updates is included.

Support and Consulting Plan

This plan is probably the most applicable plan to most of our customers. The reason being is our websites have an admin panel where you can change your own text and photos most of our support is dealing with clients who need to be reminded how to operate the system, email related issues, how to better utilize the website, how expand the site and so on. With this plan you have total support after the first 90 days that your site was built. No problems and no worries because you are first in line. If you break it we will tell you how to fix it. Without this plan, we have to log in to your site and spend time walking you through technical issues or repeat training. This is when your cost is $70.00 with a one hour minimum.

This is a tremendous savings to our customers. With this plan you can call us once or call us 20 times in a month and your cost is still only $49.00. Use our automated billing system online and your 12th month is free.

 Payment for services rendered:

Once we have agreed upon the web features you want and our price we will e- mail an agreement to you. To begin building we  need 50% of the website fee.  Once we have received your payment, we will build a home page for you to view and approve and then move forward.  If you have a logo, color scheme or certain style you prefer, we will need to know that up front.

After you approve of your Home page and have sent us all the required information (text and photos), we will build the rest of your site. The remainder of the balance for your site will be due upon completion.   If for some reason some of your text or photos have not been made available to us, we will proceed and complete payment will still be due.  We will give you up to 3 months after completion of your site to get the agreed upon information and photos on your web pages.

When we have received payment in full, we will submit your site to all of the search engines. We generally complete a website within 7 to 30 working days after receiving your first payment.  The number of pages, custom work needed, customers response time to supply us with necessary information and photos, or if we have to transfer a domain name that you own from another company, all factor in to how long it will take to complete your site.

Additional text, photo's or other items not agreed upon in the original fee agreement, that you need placed on your site, will be billed at our hourly maintenance rate. Contact us for discounts for our hourly rate.
